I ordered two shirts on 7/10/2026. They were delviered 7/18/2026. The “Nav Fifty Starman” was good. The other “Rush Spheres” shirt was defective with inks bleeding.
I immediately requested a return for the defective shirt with details. Since then, the message reads “Your return request was sent and is beign reviewed. We’ll email you onde it’s been completed.”
I keep checking and no email has arrived. It still says under review. It has been over a month. I have tried to resend the exchange request but it is locked. One screen says it is ineligble to be returned/exchanged.
I paid immediately. I requested an exchange upon receipt. No communication has been sent to me. It looks like I paid $49.99 plus shipping for somethint that is defective.
Is there a way to appeal this issue?

I am happy with my purchase. I cannot wait to wear it when they come to town in December. I bought the medium and it fits perfectly. However, I wish the material was a bit heavier for the price. I am from Canada so the price is even higher to purchase. I wish RUSH would give their fellow Canadians a break since the dollar exchange is crap.
