We have teamed up with our friends at Kozliks Mustard and Henderson Brewery, to produce a Rush Mustard! Kozliks are the Geniuses of Mustard, and they have added the Canadian Golden Ale into the mustard for a distinct flavor. Alex describes the adventure here..
After extensive and pretty serious scientific analysis using only the highest quality hot dogs, Kozlik's Rush Mustard has been birthed. The magical pairing of the honey infused mustard with the legendary Rush Canadian Golden Ale, fuses to forge one of, if not the most compelling mustards ever created that I currently have in my kitchen.
With the Kozliks mustard labs possibly running 24 hrs a day in pursuit of the most excellent mustard in all history, and like the smashing of the first atom, the meeting of mustard, honey and vinegar with the Canadian Golden Ale ignited a virtual explosion heard round the room, kind of. This is perhaps the apex of mustards. So good, you could put it on top of another mustard you used by accident.
Made with loving care not to get it in your eyes, try Kozlik's Rush Mustard and be transported to a time when mustard freely roamed the plains in the days before ketchup.

Just when I think you guys couldn't possibly do anything dumber, you go and do this AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELVES! I enjoy it so much I eat ham sandwiches as an excuse to eat this mustard. It's a nice blend of sweet and spicy that works well with ham, roast beef, chicken nuggets, and egg rolls. I don't like it as much on boiled garden variety wieners whose bitterness calls for something a bit stronger with less finesse but it's great on a nice quality sausage, and a good sausage deserves the best. My compliments to the fine folks who make this mustard, the folks who sell it, and the guys who inspired it.

I tried ordering this Holy Grail of a mustardo when it first came out but it sold quickly. Oy vey! I was paklempt at my loss! Now it is in stock again, I order a case equivalent, stocked up for the winter (and rest of the year, I reckon!) The first time I slather this on my big frank, a proud Hebrew National, I was meshuggeh at the delicate flavor, a hint of barley and wheat ferment and the slightly woody essence of the turmeric spicing! Hemingway could not have described this fine mustard any better! I will have to journey to Hendersons in the GWN (Great White North) eventually to restock. Hope customs will allow me back with a palate of this.

This mustard is very good. Surprisingly tasty and delicious with brats and beer. It has a sweet and tangy taste great for as a dipping sauce with cheese on a charcuterie board.

I blossomed into womanhood hearing Finding My Way for the first time. I really thought by now that I was too OLD for a mustard made with love. Love Mustard? But this stuff is excellent! It was given to me by a friend and I'm here to buy more. I put it on pretty much everything. Well, maybe not cereal.
