Due to inadequate packaging, the shipment was so severely damaged in transit that USPS refused to deliver it. Instead, they left a notice stating that the condition of the package was too poor to justify delivery.
I have sent five or six emails to the distribution company regarding this issue. After my fourth email, they apologized and asked how I would like the replacement handled. I responded immediately, but despite several additional follow-up emails asking when I should expect the replacement, I have received no further response.
This company has consistently poor customer reviews, and based on my experience, I now understand why.

This brought me back to when I saw Rush during the Roll The Bones tour! It’s a great tour book with plenty of photos and such from that era!
