Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund on all items. If we cannot replace your item with a suitable replacement we will refund your original purchase price. All returns for refunds will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. You MUST obtain a return authorization number PRIOR to shipping your product back to us. You may do this by e-mailing us with your return details.
We do not accept returns of products once they have been used. Videos, CDs, DVDs and Blu-Ray titles MUST be unopened. Products must be returned (postmarked) within 30 calendar days of the arrival at your location for replacement or refund. We will pay for return shipping for defective products ONLY, and ONLY via regular mail (do not send via courier). We will refuse all packages sent back to us via courier (UPS, Fedex, etc.). Customers must ship the item to us at their expense and if the product is found to be defective, we will credit the shipping expense back to the credit card used to purchase it originally. If a product is returned to us for ANY other reason other than being defective, all extra shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. It is very wise to enclose a note with your return for our warehouse personnel.

The Buyer may be subject to no less than a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, shipping charges, and any losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused without prior authorization.
